The humble peticon and appeal of the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Chatham
in the County of Kent

That the said Church Wardens being Served
will an order under the hands and Seals of two of his Maj [..]
Justices of the said County of Middx Quorum Unus to maintain
John Charles Carey< no role > and Mary< no role > his wife and one Child belonging to
the Hamlett of poplar and Black Walls in the parish of
Stepney in the County of Middx aforesaidagainst which
Order yor. petrs Appeale therefromand that the said Persons by
vertue of the said order were removed to the said parish of Chatham and
that your petrsperconceiving themselves agreived thereby appeale to this
Courtfor releif thereofagt the saidCourtorder

And humbly pray yor Worshipps to
appointe a short day for determining
of the said Appeale
