Richard Birch< no role > is indicted for felony & comitted to his Maties Goale of Newgate
there to remaine Untill he be delivered by due course of Law

The Said Richard Birch< no role > alsoe stands indicted for a trespasses & misdemeano and is
ordered to remaine untill he find Sufficient Sureties for his
appearence at the next Sessions of the peace to be held for
this County after he shall be tryed for the said felony (in case
he shall be acquitted there upon) to answer the said trespasse &
misdemeanos, then to be delivered, if detained for noe other
cause

Newgate for want of Sufficient Sureties for their appearance
att the next Sessions of Oyer & Terminer to be held for this County
to psecute their traverse with effect upon the said Indictment
to remaine till they find Such Sureties before John Milner< no role >
John Ellis< no role > and Doiley Michel< no role > Esqrs three of his
Maties Justices and Comissioners of Oyer & Terminer
for this County or any one of them, to whom it is recomended
to take and approve thereof, then to be delivered paying
their Fees Senally 4s-8d
