This Court haveing taken into consideracon the fees taken &
claimed by the Clerkes to his Maties. Justices of the peace for this
County for warrants, recognizances, discharges, Order of
removeall [..] & other busyness
by them done & transacted, and thinking it requisite that the
same should be settled & adjusted soe that his Maties. Justices
may not be imposed upon [..] by paying greater sume or
sumes of money than ought to be taken or demanded of them
by the said Clerkes on pretence of their fees, Doth hereby
[..] limit and declare the fees that may be [..] taken by the Clerkes
[..] to the Justices of the peace for this County for
busyness to be by them done & transacted, in such manner
as is specifyed & expressed in the table hereunder write
(vizt.)
