To the Rt. Worspll. his Matys Justices of the Peace for the County of Middx

The humble Peticon & Appeal of the Churchwarden &
Overseers of the Poor of the parish of St. Sepulchres in the
County of Middx.

Sheweth


That by Order under the hands & seals of John Fuller< no role > This name instance is in set 229.
& Matthew Hewitt< no role > Esqrs. two of his Matys. Justices of the peace for the
sd County (Quorum Unus) bearing date the Twentieth day of December
last Ann Bell< no role > was removed from and out of the parish of St. James
Clerkenwell in the sd County of Middx to the sd Parish of St. Sepulchres Middx
as the place of her last legall Settlement

That Yor. Peticoners think themselves aggreived by the Order of the sd
two Justices & hope to make it appear that the sd Ann Bell< no role > hath
not any legall Settlement in the sd parish of St. Sepulchres Middx and
therefore humbly appeal against the sd Order to this Honble Bench

Therefore Yor. Petrs. humbly Pray Yor. Worspps to
be pleased to appoint a day for the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St James
Clerkenwell to attend this Honble Bench & to stand to &
abide such Order as shall be made upon hearing the said
Appeal

And Yor. Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc.
