Whereas Complaint hath been made unto us two of his
Maties: Justices of ye peace for ye County of Middx: (Quorum) by the
Churchwardens and Overseers of ye poor of ye Hamblett of Spittle
fields in ye said County: that Thomas Chickwood< no role > and Sarah< no role > his
Wife are lately come into ye said Hamblett Endeavouring to
Pettle there Contrary to Law, And that they are likely to
become Chargeable to ye said Hamblett, WEE the said Justices
upon Examinacon of ye prmisses, and of ye said Thos: Chickwood< no role >
upon Oath, do Adjudge ye Same to be true, And that ye place
of ye legall Settlemt: of ye said Thos: Chickwood< no role > and Sarah his
Wife , is in ye Prish of St: Bottolphs without Bishopsgate

These are therefore in his Maties: Name to Comand you
on Sight hereof, to remove and Convey the said Thomas
Chickwood
< no role > and Sarah his Wife, From and out of ye said
Hamblett of Spittlefields in ye County of Middx to ye said
Parrish of St: Bottolphs without Bishopsgate London
And deliver them to ye Churchwardens and Overseers of
ye poor there, or to one of them, Who are hereby reguired
to recive and pvide for them, According to Law, Given
under our hands and Seals this: 12o: day of December
Anno Dom. 1720:

To the Churchwardens and Overseers of ye poor of ye Hamblett of Spittlefields
in the Parish of Stepney in ye County of Middx : And to ye Churchwardens
and Overseers of ye poor of ye Parish of St: Bottolph without Bishops
gate London .
