That your Petr. during the time of his said Office of Church <lb></lb>
Warden of the parish Aforesaid did Disburst and lay out for<lb></lb>
the use of the poor of the said parish over and above the money<lb></lb>
by him received or Collected upwards of Eighty pounds and that <lb></lb>
by reason of the great number of poor which were that year over<lb></lb>
sickly your petr. did Contract Severall other Debts for the <lb></lb>
use of the said parish amounting to upwards of Eighty five<lb></lb>
pounds for which Debts your Petr. is dayly Threatned to be<lb></lb>
arrested.</p>
<p n="165">That there being a Considerable Sum of mony in the <lb></lb>
hands of theTreasurer of the Mortuary <lb></lb>
money and Mr. Champ the present Churchwarden of<lb></lb>
the said parish.</p>
<p n="166">Therefore your Petr. most humbly prays <lb></lb>
this Honble. Court will be pleased to take his <lb></lb>
Case into Consideration and Relieve him<lb></lb>
as in their great Wisdom and Justice that <lb></lb>
be thought meet & Convenient</p>
