the County of Middlx .

The humble peticon of James
Cass
< no role > of the Liberty of Grubstree
in the Parish of St Giles without
Cripplegate in the said County

Sheweth


That at Michaelmas last your petr. was by the
Inhabitants of the said Liberty chosen to serve
the Office of Head borough for the year
ensuing.

That your peticoner hath a sickly wife to
mainteine and your Peticoner being aged
above Sixth Years is rendred uncapable of
Watching in the night time or Executing
his Office.

Your Peticoner therefore
humbly prays this Court will be
pleased to Order the Inhabitants
of the said Liberty to attend
this Court some Day this Session
to shew cause why Your [..]
should not be Discharged from
serving the said Office and some
other fit person chosen in his
room and stead.
