To the Rt. Worspll. his Matys Justices of the Peace for the County of Midds

The humble Peticion of Ann Jackson< no role > Widow of the Parish of St.
Giles Cripplegate in the County aforesd

Sheweth


That the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the parish aforesaid
are now indebted to yor. petr. the sum of Four pounds and sixteen shillings
for nursing of two penconers both being Lunatick.

That the sd Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor do refuse to
pay yor. Petr. her said Arrears and the being a very poor woman must
inevitably parish Unless this Honble Bench wilbe pleased to consider her
sad Condition.

Yor. Petr. therefore most humbly prays Yor. Worsppll
to be pleased to order that he may be
releiv'd in the sd prmisses

And Yor. Petr. shall ever pray Etc.
