That the sd John Yerbury< no role > has ever since the sd time absconded.
That Your Peticoner does now Know that the sd Yerbury is now in
Custody at a place called Chessey in the County of Surry
That your petr. has now taken out a Warrt. for the apprehending of
the sd Yerbury wch. is hereunto annexed

Yor Petr. therefore most humbly Prays Yor Worspps to be
pleased to respite the sd Recognizance the next Sessions
or to discharge Yor petr. he paying for the same Or to order
such other way as unto yor. Worppt shall seem meet

And Yor. petr. shall ever pray.
