The humble petition of John Sutton< no role > of the parish of St.
Giles Cripple gate in the said County

Sheweth

That your Petitioner is charged much more stock to the Poor and
Scavengers rates of the said parish than he humbley con [..]
he ought to pay whereby he thinks himself agrieved and
appeales against the said rates

Your petitio. therefore prays such relief in the
prmises as to this Court shall seem meet

And your petition. as duty bound shall for ever pray Etc
