Maketh Oath that at August Last he the
Depont. was Bayle before simon Parry< no role > Esqr
one of his Maties Justices of the peace for this
County for James Barry< no role > then in the Custody
of the Keeper of New Prison for his Appearance
att the next Sessions of the peace for this County
That the said Barry being since Indicted hath-
Deserted him Maties. Service And altho this-
Depont. hath been att Great Expence of find
out the said Barry this Depont. hath not gott
him yett apprehended to as to bring him to
Justice, But this Depont maketh Oath that
He this Depont. will as soon as he possibly Can
cause the Same to be done he this Depont. will publish
the said Barry in the Gazette as a Deserter
