of stepney and Hackney in the County of Middlx the Hamletts and Liberties of
the same did write a List of ye. Several Prisoners entituled to ye. benefitt of the
act of Parliament Entituled an act for Reliefe of Insolvent Debtors and for
the more [..] asie discharge of Bankrupts out of Execution after their Certificates
allowed which said list this Dept. did see Yesterday in the Chairmans hands
of this Court and knowes ye. same to be the List as this Dept. so writt as [..]
and that the three several Person here after mentioned (vizt) this Deponent
who is mentioned by ye. Name of Thomas Ion< no role > late of Good mans field School
master Thomasine Bristow< no role > late of Plymouth Widdow and Joseph Delo [..] < no role >
of shareditch Weaver are and were at the time of this Deponent making
such List as aforesd. severally entered in the Bookes of ye. said Prison by the
several names of Thomas Ion< no role > ats Iron< no role > Thompson Bristow< no role > and Joseph
Delofft< no role > without any alteration made in the sd. Bookes and are the
same Persons that have been actually Prisoners in ye. sd. Prison the
whole time mentioned in the said Act and are the same Persons in
tended to the Published in the London Gazette Entituled Tuesday
augt. the 9th. to Saturday August the 13th. 1720
