Where as wee did at the Genall Quarter Sessions of the
peace held for the County of Middx in July last severally
indict you for an Assault upon us to which [..] Indictmts:
you did then plead not Guilty and whereas at the
Genall Sessions of the peace held for the said County in
September then next following you did prefer a Cross
Bill of Indictmt: against us for an Assault upon you
to wch: Indictmt: wee did then Plead not Guilty and
whereas you have not since appeared & Psecuted your
traverses upon the Sd. Indictmts. These are therefore to
give you notice that wee intend to appear at the Genall
Quarter Sessions of the peace of he held by adjornmt: at
Hicks Hall in St. John Street in & for the St. County on Fryday
next at three of the Clock in the afternoon & then & there
move to respite Our Recognizance & that the Court will
be pleased to Order that the Traverses on the next Sessions
Dated this 12th. Day of October 1720
