thought fit &Ordered by this Court that the thanks of
this Court be and they are hereby given to the said-
Mr. Thornhill & Mr. Milner for the zealous& effectuall& repeated
services by them rendered to the publique & to the
Comicon of the peace of this County,and particularly
upon the occasion of the peticon of his Maties. Justices of
the peace for this County to the honble. House of Comons
in order to obtaine an Act of parliamt. for the
establishing of a Regular nightly watch, the consideracon
whereof was lately depending in parliamt. And It is
