Feilds in this County in the Execution of their Offices, is remanded and
comitted to New Prison aforesaid for want of Sufficient Sureties for
his appearance att the next generall Sessions of the peace to be held for
this County to prosecute his traverse. upon the said Indictment, to remain
till He find Such Sureties before John Ellis< no role > of Denmark Street Esqr .
to whom Itt is recomended & referred, to Late & approve of the said
Sureties, then to be delivered paying his Fees 9s - 4d.

Mary Taylor< no role > als palmer< no role > is convicted of a trespasse & Fined One Shilling which is Ordered
to be Estreated: and she is to be delivered out of New prison aforesaid
and was turned out in Court

Arthur Valenline< no role > hath pleaded not guilty to an Indictment agt him for a trespasse & Assault is remanded & comitted to New prison for want of Sufficient
