Upon Informacon given unto this Court by Joseph Wester< no role > Gent high
[..] he of the Tower Division in this County that he hath in psuance [..]
[..] rall Orders and prcepts to him directed issued forth his prcepts
[..] aiseing of Severall Sumes of Money assessed upon the [..]
Timity Minories , Old Hillary ground , Libty of the Tower within [..]
Libty of the Tower without within the Tower Libty in this County for
the passing of Vagrants, repaire of the house of Correccon att
Clerkenwell repaire of the publique Bridges of this County, reliefe
of maimed Soldiers and Mariners, for the Marshal sea Kings Bench
& Hospitalls, and on Account of Severall Robberys comitted within the
hundred of Ossugton in this County But that Richard Mount< no role >
Gent high Constable of the Tower Libty aforesaid and the Inhitants
of the respective places above menconed doe refuse to raise and
pay the same on prtence that they being Inhitants resideing
within the said Tower Libty are exempted from payment, and
ought not to be charged there with, Soe that by Non payment of
the said Assessments the said Mr. Woster is rendred att prsent
in capable of haveing his owne Accompts touching the publique
Moneys by him reced fully adjusted, And the said Mr Woster therefore
prayed the Direccon of this Court touching the prmes, This Court
upon Consideracon had of the said matter doth not att prsent [..]
