The Humble Peticon and Appeale of the Overseers of the poore
of the Liberty of the Rolls in the Said County

Sheweth:

That by a Pass Warrant Under the hands and Seales of John Cleeve< no role >
and John Milner< no role > Esqrs. two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County aforesaid (Quorum Unus) bearing date the 11th.
day of June last Mary Bowley< no role > the wife of Thomas Bowley< no role > was
removed from the parish of St Gyles in the fields in the Said County
to the Said Liberty of the Rolls as the last place of the said Thomas
Bowleys< no role > Settlement

Your Peticoners think themselves Aggrieved by the Judgment
and order of the said Justices humbly Appeale to this Court
against the same and pray that the Churchwardens and Over-
seers of the Poore of the said parish of St. Gyles in the fields
and all other parties concerned may be ordered to attend
this Court Some day this Sessions to hear and abide the
Judgement & determinacon of this Court touching this
Appeale

And your Peticoners as in Duty bound shall pray Etc
