agt the charge of mainetaineing & pvideing for the wife of

chargeable to the said parish, he the said Wm Fudge< no role > haveing
neglected to pvide for her, to remaine till he find such Sureties

was a Rascall & that he had not done Justice Itt is

psonall appearance att the next genall Sessions of the

This Court being of opinion that the same is a contempt, and
he not haveing Sureties ready is & stands comitted to Newprison
aforesaid there to remaine till he finds Such Sureties,
