in this County for the yeare one thousand seven hundred<lb></lb>
& eighteen have reced great sumes of money by vertue<lb></lb>
of a Rate made the same<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
yeare for repaire of the said<lb></lb>
high ways, and that they have not accompted for the same<lb></lb>
to his Maties Justices of the peace for this County<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
<lb></lb>
inhabiting within the same parish at their speciall sessions<lb></lb>
holden within the said parish, It is Ordered by this Court<lb></lb>
that all every the said surveyors doe attend this Court<lb></lb>
on Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to shew<lb></lb>
cause why they should not forthwith give an accompt<lb></lb>
of<gap reason="illegible"></gap>
what moneys they have<lb></lb>
respectively reced for repaire of the said high ways and how<lb></lb>
they have disposed of the same, And hereof they are not to<lb></lb>
faile as they & every of them will answer the contrary<lb></lb>
at their perill,</p>
