Complaint being made unto this Court that John Stevens< no role >
Edward Annabell< no role > John Hullock< no role > Andrew Andrews< no role >
Samuel Grant< no role > Edward Waldgrave< no role > & John Judge< no role >
Surveyors of the high ways in the parish of St. Giles in the
fields in this County for the yeare one thousand seven hundred
& eighteen have reced great sumes of money by vertue
of a Rate made the same [..] yeare for repaire of the said
high ways, and that they have not accompted for the same
to his Maties Justices of the peace for this County [..]
inhabiting within the same parish at their speciall sessions
holden within the said parish, It is Ordered by this Court
that all every the said surveyors doe attend this Court
on Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon to shew
cause why they should not forthwith give an accompt
of [..] what moneys they have
respectively reced for repaire of the said high ways and how
they have disposed of the same, And hereof they are not to
faile as they & every of them will answer the contrary
at their perill,
