The humble Peticon of Ann Dowdall< no role > of the Pish of St.
James Westm in the County aforesd.

Sheweth


That yor. Petrs husband James Dowdall< no role > was bound over by the Worspll:
Justices Saintlore to appear before this Honble Bench the last
Quarter Sessions for not providing necessarys for yor. Petr. (the bring
his wife) for keeping Compny wth. other women.

That yor. Worspps have been pleased to continue him upon his
Recognizance ever since, and doth now remain upon the same
That yor. Petr. is a very poor woman and must inevitably
be a great Charge to the sd. Pish of St.James Westm Unless
releiv'd by yor. Worspps.

yor. Petr: therefore most humbly pray yor. Worspps
to be pleased to continue her sd husband upon
his Recognizance untill such time As the
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of St.
James Westm shalle indempnifyed and said
harmless from yor. petr. ( the being likely to
be Chargeable.
