To the Rt. Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middx Assembled in Quarter Sessions

The Humble Peticon of Elizabeth Kenshall< no role >

Sheweth


That your Peticoner by Indenture bearing date the 24th: of
December 1716 : was bound an Apprentice to Katherine Stafford< no role >
of Holborne Sempstriss the wife of John Stafford< no role > Gent to serve
from the date thereof for the Terme of four yeares to learn
the Art of plain work and your Peticoners friends were to
find and provide for her all wearing apparell for the first
three yeares and for the last years Service your Peticoner
was to have fifty shillings from her said Mistress

That your Peticoner is not instructed in the said Art and
has been imodorately corrected by her Recognizance taken before
times for which she is bound by Recognizance taken before
Sr. Edward Gould< no role > Knt . to appear in this Court this present
Sessions to answer the same and since which time the
said Catherine Stafford< no role > hath beaten your Peticoner
without any just Cause

Your Peticoner therefore humbly prays Your
Worshipps will be pleased to order the said Catherine
Stafford
< no role > and all other Parties concerned to Attend
this Court some day this present Sessions to Shew
Cause why your Peticoner should not be discharged
of her said Indenture of Apprenticehood

And Your Peticoner as in Duty bound shall Pray Etc
