The humble Peticon and Appeale of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the poore of the Libertys' of Saffron hill Hatton garden and Ely Rents
within the parish of St. Andrew Holborne in the Said County of Midlx

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant bearing date the Eighteenth day of March last
Under the hands and Seales' of Thomas Rand< no role > and Richard Browne< no role > Esqrs .
two of his Majestys' Justices of the Peace for the County aforesaid
(Quorum Unus) Ann Woodhouse< no role > Widdow and her four Children (Vizt)
William< no role > Aged about thirteen Years' Ralph< no role > Aged about Eleven Years
Margarett< no role > aged about Eighteen Years and Mary< no role > aged about Seven
Years were removed and brough from the parish of St. Giles without
Criplegate in the Said County to the Said Libertys' of Saffron hill
Hatton Garden and Ely Rents as the place of their last legall Settlement

Your Peticoners think themselves Agrieved by the Judgment
of the Said two Justices humbly appeale to this Court and
pray that the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
Said parish of St. Gyles without Criplegate and all other parties
concerned may be ordered to Attend this Court Someday [..]
Sessions to hear and abide the Judgments and determinacon [..]
