up and Comitted to New Prison for being concerned with
others in making a Disturbance in the Street and that
upon the Goal Delivery this Morning your Worshipps
were pleased to Comitt him to the house of Correction
for the Space of Fourteen daies.

That your Peticoner hath a wife who Lies in a
dangerous and weak condition and Should yor Petr.
be confined as aforesaid the same would very
much Endomger his Wife Life whereby Your
Petitr: would be utterly ruined

Yor Petr therefore humbly pray
yor Worshipps will be pleased to
reverse the said Order and
Discharge him from the said
Imprisonmt.
