Rent of four pounds.

An other Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances in the same Parish and Street, now in
the possession of William Rutter< no role > Hosier , who holds the same as Tenant at Will, at the yearly
Rent of forty shillings.

An other Messuage or Tenement with the appurtenances in the same Parish and Street now in the
possession of Adam Lewgar Turner< no role > , who holds the Same as Tenant at Will at the yearly Rent of
fourteen pounds. All which said Messuages and premisses are to be kept in repaire, by me
the said Richard Gomeldon< no role > at my own proper costs and charges, or to be allow'd for out of the said
Severall Rents.

In all which said Messuages Tenements and premisses I the said Richard
Gomeldon< no role > have an Estate or Interest for and dureing the terme of my
naturall life only, and the same premisses descended or came to me in possession
by or upon the decease of Anne Barrett< no role > late Wife of Francis Barrell< no role > Esquire
now Recorder of the City of Rochester , Which said Anne dyed
on or about theday of November last past,
and not before, Witness my hand this four and Twentieth day
