Know All men by these presents That I Richard Gomeldon< no role > of Summerfield Court in the County
of Kent Esqr . Have made appointed and in my place and Stead putt, and by these presents doe make
appoint and in my Place and Stead putt John Kighley< no role > of Grays Inn in the County of Middx Gent , and
Thomas Richardson< no role > of the Parish of St. Gyles in the Fields in the Same County Gent , and either of them
my true and lawfull Attorney and Attorneys Joynthy or Severally for me and in my place and Stead at
the Generall Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be held for the County of Middex next after the date here of
in open Sessions to Subscribe my name to the Registry or Entry which I have desired or shall desire the
Clerke of the Peace of and for the said County of Middex or his lawfull Deputy to make of my name, and
my Messuages Lands Tenements and hereditaments in the said County of Middex, in pursuance of the late
Act of Parliament, Intitled an Act to oblige Papists to Register their names and reall Estates. And
further I the said Richard Gomeldon< no role > doe hereby authorize the said John Kighley< no role > and Thomas
Richardson
< no role > and either of them Joyntly or Severally for me and in my name Place and Stead to doe
execute and performe whatsoever may be necessary or is required by the Said late Act of Parliament
for duely Registring my name and Estate aforesaid, As fully to all intents constructions and
purposes whatsoever As I the said Richard Gomeldon< no role > might or could doe the same being personally
present And whatsoever my said Attorney and Attorneys or either of them shall doe in or about
the premises, I the said Richard Gomeldon< no role > shall Ratify confirme and allow, as if I in my owne
poorson had [..] the Same. In Witnesse where of I [..] and Richard Gomeldone< no role > [..]
have hereunto Sett my hand and Seale this Six and Twentieth day of December in the fourth yeare
of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George by the grace of God of great Brittaine France and
