Cause between Sacheverell and Sacheverell
and we expect it will hold att least
15 days And there is Baile put in to
a Warnt. from a Justice of peace for
me to Appear next Gen Quarter Sessions
for the County of Middx but it will be
Impossible for me to Attend the
Sessions being oblidged to Attend this
Conncon therefore, goe to Counceller
Brown and gett him to move the
Court att the Sessions that the Baile
may be Continued untill the following
& Sessions or that [..] may be att liberty to
Traverse the Indghtmt. In Case it Should be found
