Upon hearing of the appeale of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of Woolwich in the
County of kent against an Order under the hands &
seals of Robert Dennett< no role > & Joseph Hayne< no role > Esqrs . two of his
Maties. Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (Quor
buns) bearing date the twenty sixth day of October last
whereby Elizabeth Allen< no role > (the wife of Thomas Allen< no role > ) who
was likely to become chargeable to the parish of St. Botolph
without Aldgate in the said County of Middx was removed
from the said parish of St. Botolph without Aldgate to the
said parish of Woolwich as the place of the legall settlemt.

wife And upon hearing of what was insisted on by Councel
for the Inhabitants of the said parish of St. Botolphwitho
without Aldgate & alsoe by Councell for the Inhabitants
of the Sd. parish of Woolwich , For that it doth not appeare
to this Court that the said Thomas Allen< no role > or the Sd. Elizabeth< no role >
his wife had at the time of making the d. Order of removeall
or at any time since any legall settlemt. in the Sd. parish of
Woolwich This Court doth allow of the said appeale and
doth vacate & discharge the aforesaid Order of the said
two Justices of the peace,
