Sheweth

That your Peticonrs: hath been Nominated and Appointed to be One
of the Scavengers in the Said parish of St Giles in the Fields for
this present year

That your Peticonr: by reason of a Distemper in His
Head is wholly uncapable of Serveing the said Office

Your Peticonr: therefore Humbly prays (the prmises
considered) that he may be discharged from
serveing the Said Office
