Sheweth

That your Petr is rated toward the releife
of the poor of the Said Parish for Seaventy five
pounds psonall Estate and that your Petr was
rated last year for fifty pounds Psonall Estate
to the poor, and that your Petr is of no better
ability this Present yeare but reather worse Therefore your Petr think
himselfe aggreived by the Said rate and appeales agt
the Same

Yor. Petr Prays your Worps to releive
him in the Promises as your Worps
