The Humble Peticon & appeale of Thomas Nicholson< no role >
of the Libty of the Rolls in yr County of Middx

Sheweth

That your Peticoner is Nominated & appointed one of the Overseers
of the Poor of the said Liberty for this present year 1717

That your Peticoner is not house holder therefore humbly
conceives that he is not [..] able to Serve the said Offices

Yor: Peticonr there fore humble Prayes that the later
Overseers of the poor of the said liberty & all
other parties Concerned may be Ordered to Attend
the Court Some Day this Sessions to Shew Cause why
your Peticonr. should not be Discharged

And yor Petr. as in Duty bound shall ever pray Etc
