Itt is Ordered by this Court that Isaac Cooper< no role > and Joseph Foster< no role > who
were now convicted upon an Indictment against them and one Grace
Tucker< no role > for a notorious conspiracy and misdemeanour be and they are
Severally fined for the said offence one Shilling, and the said Isaac Cooper< no role >
is ordered to be striped naked from the Middle upwards and publickly
whipped at a Carts Tayle (at such time as the Sheriffe of this County shall
forthwith appoint) from the Maypole in the Strand to Charing Cross in
the parish of St. Martins in Feilds in this County untill his body be
bloody And the said Joseph Foster< no role > is alsoe Ordered to be stripped nake
from the Middle upwards and publickly whipped at a Carts Tayle (at
such time as the Sheriffe of this County shall likewise forthwith appoint)
from a certaine place called Holborne barrs to and against the Parish
Church of the Parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in this County untill his
Body be bloody. And the said Isaac Cooper< no role > and Joseph Foster< no role > are
comitted to his Maties Goale of Newgate thereto remaine without Baile
Mainprize for the space of three Months and then to find Sufficient
Sureties to be of their good behaviour for one whole Year after the end
of the said Three months, And the said Isaac Cooper< no role > and Joseph
Foster< no role > are ordered to remaine in Prison till they have paid their said
Fines, Undergone the said punishment, and found such Sureties as
aforesaid, then to be delivered paying their Fees Severally & [..] .
