In Pursuance of an Order of this Court bearing date the Sixth day

last desiring the said Mr. Ellis to Apply to John Clarke< no role >

proper Officer of his Majesties Navy Office to be Informed whether any and
which of the Pentioners who as maimed Soldiers and Marriners doe Reci [..]
Pentions from this County have any and what Allowance from his Majties: [..]
at Chatham, and thereof to give an Account to his Majties: Justices of the Peace as
the next Quarter Sessions, He therefore hereby Certifies That he has according of
Applied to the said Mr. Clarke who has given him such Information as is Contained
the forgoeing Account. Dated this 12th: day of October 1716
