Susanna Farmer< no role > convicted of a trespasse & misdemeanor is fined 1s
which is ordered to be estreated and She is comitted to
the house of Correccon att Clerkenwell in this County there to
be kept to hard labour for fourteen days then to be delived
paying her Fees xvij s - vj d

Whereas at the Sessions of Oier & Terminer held for this County by adjornmt:
at Hicks Hall aforesaid the ninth day of September last Elizabeth Chip< no role > p
was convicted upon an Indictment against her for assaulting & dangerously
wounding Joseph Worster< no role > gentleman one of the high Constables of the
Hundred of Ossulston in this County & was thereupon ordered sentenced
& adjudged (amongst other things) to be comitted to the House of Correccon
at Clerkenwell in this County & to be kept to hard Labour for the Space of
six months without Baile or mainprize. And Whereas it now appeared to
this Court that the said Elizabeth Chip< no role > had remained in his Maties Goale of
Newgate ever since the said ninth day of September last & had not been
sent & comitted to the said House of Correccon pursuant to the said Sentence
& Judgment and the said Elizabeth Chip< no role > being now brought before this
Court to do & receive what should be enjoyned her by this Court It is
thought fit & ordered that the said Elizabeth Chipp< no role > be discharged out of
the said Goale of Newgate & is comitted to the House of Correccon
aforesaid there to remaine & be kept to hard Labour for the Space of
[..] six months pursuant to the said former order Sentence & Judgment.
