That by Virtue of a Warrant or pass order under the hands and Seals
of two of his Majesties Justices of the peace
for the said County of
Middx
and Liberty of Westmr
: bearing date the Third day of this instant

Westminster
in the said County and Liberty unto the said
parish of
St Mary Abchurch
London
alleadging the said parish to be place of
his last legal Settlement That your petrs doubt not but to prove that
the said
John Cleeveley< no role >
never had any legal Settlement in the said
parish of St Mary Abchurch
whereby the conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said pass Order and do humbly Appeal to your Worpps therefrom
Your Petrs therefore most humbly prays your Worpps
will be pleased to hear them in the prmissed And
That the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor
of
the said parish of St Margarett Westmr
: may
appear before you and hear and abide the determinate
of your Worpps therein
And they shall ever pray Etc
