That about Three Sessions agoe your Petitrs became
bail for the appearance of William Smithson< no role >
in the Court to Answer what should be objected
against him by one Richard Rudd< no role >

That the said William Smithson< no role > has beene Confined
a Prisoner of Debt in the Kings Bench.
for these two Months last past soe yr Your
Petitos are apprehensive trouble will Ensue.
And for as much to as they being poor Men
