the Peace for the County of Middx .

The humble Peticon and Appeale of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London .

Sheweth,


That by Warrt. or Order dated the 19th. day of February
last past under the hands and Seals of Felix Feast< no role > and
John Pery< no role > Esqrs . two of his Maties Justices of the Peace
for the said County of Middx (Quorn unns) one Matthew
Taylor
< no role > and Kinsbury< no role > his wife were removed from the Parish
of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the said County unto the
said Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate London as the
place of last legal settlement of the said Matthew Taylor< no role > .

That yor. Peticonrs. find themselves aggrieved by the said
Warrt. or Order of the said Two Justices and humbly appeale
against the same to this Court

Yor: Peticonrs. therefore humbly pray yor. wopps
will be pleased to Ordr. the Church Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of St. Giles
without Cripplegate in the sd. County and all
other persons concerned to attend this Court
some day this prsent Sessions to hear & abide the
Judgmt. & determinacon of this Court upon &
touching the said Appeale, and that yor. Peticonrs.
may have such relief herein as to yer. Wopps
shall seem meet Etc.
