To The Right Worshipfull This Majesties Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middx : now Assembled in
their Generall Quarter Sessions

The Humble Petition and Appeale of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. James Westminster
in the said County

Sheweth


That By Warrant under the Hands and
Seales of Richard Bealing< no role > and Edward Hawks< no role > Esqrs . Two
of His Majesties Justices of the Peace (Quorum nuns)
Bearing date this Eighteenth day of February: 1714
Ann Graham< no role > was passed from the Parish of St. Anne
Westmr : in the said County to the Parish of St. James
aforesaid as the place of her Last Legall Settlement By
which your Petitioners humbly Conceive themselves to be
Aggrieved and Appeale to this Court.

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray Your Worships to Order that the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of St. Anne
and all other persons Concerned may
attend this Court to heare and abide
the Judgment and determination of
Your Worships touching this Appeale
