That yor. Petr. is an Inhabitant in the parish of
St. James Clerkenwell in the Said County and is rated
Seven Shillings & Six pence P Month towards the
releif of the poor of the said parish which is
more in proporcon than Severall other Inhabitants
of the same parish do pay to the poors rate aforesaid
who rent houses of greater yearly value whereby
Yor. Petr. conceived her self Aggreived.

Therefore humbly prays yor. Worpps.
will be pleased to order yor. petr.
