Whereas Compliant hath been made unto as two of his
Majesties Justices of the peace for the Said County (quor unus)
by the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of
the poor of the parish of the St Giles without Cripplegate
in
the Said County that

the space of two yeares last past and nor longer come
to Inhabit in the said parish endevoring to Setls. her
selfe there Contrary to law and by reason of the poverty
of the said

if not Speedely prevented, Now for as much
as it appeareth unto as the Said Justices of the

in the sd County
of Middx
in the tyme of the Forty dayes Act and
longer and never had any Setlement Since
Wee therefore the said Justices doe Adjudge deem
the Said

legally Setled in the parish of

and that the Same is now
the place as her legall Settement
