To the Churchwarders and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the
Said County And to the Churchwarders & Overseers of
the poor of the parish of St Botolph without
Aldersgate in the City of London .

Whereas itt appeareth unto vs two of her Maties Justices of
the peace for the Said County of Middx (quor unus) by the
Complaint of the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor
of the Pish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the Sd. County.
that Hanna Williams< no role > if lately come into the Sd Pish
of St Giles without Cripplegate endeavouring to gain a
Settlement there without renting a house of the value
of ten pounds Pound or paying to Church or poor or giveing
notice to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor
or any of them of the house or place of her abode in the
Said parish as is by law required And is lifely to become
a great change to the Said parish of St. Giles without
Cripplegate (if not speedily prevented) and whereas upon
the Examinacon of the Said Hanna Williams taken
upon Oath itt appeares unto us that she came from
and out of the parish of St. Botolph without Aldersgate
London where she was borne and bound to one Eliza
Ives
< no role > of Little Brittaine in the Said parish of St. Botolph
without Aldersgate London and that she never was
a house keeper or ever attained any other legall settlemt
elsewhere Therefore upon the proofe aforesaid Wee doe
adjudge and deem the last legall settlement of the
Said Hanna Williams to be in the Said parish of St:
Botolph without Aldersgate London.

These are therefore her Maties name Straitly to charge
and Command you and every of you forthwith upon
sight hereof to receive and Convey the Said Hanna
Williams from and out of the Said parish of St:
Gailes without Cripplegate in the County of Middx
to the Said parish of St: Botolph without Aldersgate
London and deliver her to the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor there who are hereby
required to provide for her according to law hereof
Sail not at your perills Given under our hands &
Seales this 30 January anno Dui 1713.
