The humble Petion and Appeal of the Church wardens and Overseers
of the poor of the Parish of St. Botolph without Alders gate London

Sheweth

That by Virtue of a Wart. under the hands and Seales of the Worpll. John Fuller< no role > . and
Benjamn. Hilton< no role > Esqrs . two of her Maties: Justices of the peace for the County of Middlx
(Quor unus) Bearing Date the thirtieth day of January last there was removed from &
out of the Parish of St. Giles without Cripplegate in the County of MIddlx . into said Parish
of St Botolph without Aldersgate London abovesaid one Hannah Williams< no role > Setting forth that it
was the place of her last Legal Settlemt. By which your Petrs: find themselves agrevied
and humbly Appeal from the Oder of the said two Justices of the peace, to this Honble. Court
And pray a day to be heard this present Quarter Sessions. And also that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the poor of the sd Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate may their attend to hear
and abide the Judgment and Determinacon of this Court touching the Said Appeal.
