The humble Appeale of the Church: Wardens and
Overseers of the Poore of the parish of St. Peter Le Poore

Sheweth

That by an Order dated the 26th. day of March 1714
and under the hands of Stephen Hall< no role > & Thomas Frampton< no role >
Two of her Maties. Justices of the Peace for the County of
middx (Quorum Unus) By which said Order One John Shaw< no role >
& Sarah< no role > his wife & theire Two Children George< no role > & Sarah< no role > were passed from
the parish of St. Mary Matfellon als White chappell in the
County of Middx to the said parish of St. Peter Le Poore
Broadstreete as theire legall Settlement.

That the said Church Wardens & Overseers of St.
Peter Le Poore most humbly conceive themselves
aggrieved by the said Order And pray an Appeale to this
Honoble. Bench.

Yor. Peticoners humbly crave this Honoble.
Court to appoint a day for hearing of your
Petrs. Appeale against the said Order.

And yor. Petrs. shall ever pray Etc.
