That Yor: Peter: being an Inhabitant
in the parish of St. Gile's without Cripplegate
is assest at 6s: & 9d in the pound to the poores rate (and
more then other persons of the same abillity
are assest to pay) but he by reason of great
Losse's and decay of Trade is unable to pay
the same but the officers haveing
made distraint of Yor: Peters: goods

prays that he may be releived
