Sheweth

That yor: Petr is Rated nine Shillings pr quarter
towardsthe. Releif of the poore of the sd parish
payes but Six pounds tenn Shillings pr Anum
for his house And for as much as your Petr;
hath had many great losses and want of Trade
make, him unable to pay the sd Assesment

Therefore humbly: prayes yor: Worpps to
take his Care into Consideration
& grant him Such releif herein
as in yor: Wisdom Shall Seem meet

And as in duty bound shall pray Etc
