The humble Peticon & appeale of Samuel Hanson< no role > of the
Parish of St Giles without Cripplegate in the
Said County. Baker

Sheweth


That yor Petr. is Assessed Thirteene shillings
& Six pence per Quarter towards the releife
of the poore of the Sd. parish hath a Wife
two Childring And for as much as yor: Petr:
is much in debt and is Confind in his house
about 12 months for feare of being Arrested
& carried to Grate & haveing but a Small
trade which makes your Petr, not able to pay,
the sd Rate

Therefore humbly: prayes your
Worppll to take his Case into
Consideracon & grant him &
Such releife herein as in yor:
Wisdom shall seem meet

And yor: Petr: shall pray Etc
