That yor. Peticonr is rated four shillings a quarter
to ye. Poores rate & having a wife & five Children
to maintain & hath lately Sustained very great
lossesYor Petr: [..] being also 60 yeares
of age & in a Sickly weak condicon & his said
wife being lame

Yor Petr: being not able to pay the said
Rate humbly Prayes to be releived therein
as to your Worps. great wisdom Shall Seem
meet

And Yor Petr: as in Duty bound Shall ever
