of the Parish of St Leonard Shoreditch in
the Sd County.

The yr poor petrs: was rated 3d P Week to the poor of
the Said parish and being not able to pay the Same had
an Order to referr it at the General Quarter Sessions
held for the Said County on Munday the Second of July
1711. by the Said Order it was referred to the Worshipfull

& Roger Smith< no role > Esqrs four her Majties Justices of the Peace for the
Said County o any [..] them relation had to the Said Order

that the petr: ought to be discharged from ye. payment of Parish Taxes. Given under
