Sheweth

That your Peticoner is rated two shillings and two pence P
Month towards the releife of the Poor of the said
Parish.

That your Peticoner only paying Nine pounds P
ann rent and she being aged Eight & fifty years or
thereabouts and nothing but her own labour and
[..] stry to mainteyn herselfe Soe that she is not
able to pay the sd. assessment.

Yor. Petr. therefore humbly prays your
Worspps wilbe pleased to grant that she
may be discharged from paying of the said
assessment.
