That there was one Quarters Sallary Due to your Petitr:
at Christmas Last amounting to the Sum of Fifteen pounds
for passing & Relieving of Vagrants:

That yor Petitr: nowstands indebted to her Majesty for
Excise in a large Sum of Money Which he is not able
at present to pay Therefore stands in great want of the
said Money

Yor Petitr: therefore humbly prays.
your Worshipps will be pleased to
order that he may be paid the sd
Moneys As unto yor Worspps
Shall Seeme meete
